Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Taco Maker USA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Participation Requirements: To participate, entrants must follow the steps described on the giveaway page, which include posting a photo of a favorite Taco Maker dish on Instagram stories, tagging @tacomakerus, liking the giveaway post, tagging three friends, and following Taco Maker USA on Instagram. Participants can take a photo of a dish at any Taco Maker location without making a purchase.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly each Monday at 12:00 pm, during the term of this giveaway, using the Arbitrary app to ensure a fair and transparent process. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, an alternate winner will be selected using the same method.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on the following Mondays: July 22, 29, and August 5, 12, 2024, at 12 PM on Taco Maker USA's Instagram and Facebook accounts. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If the contacted winner does not respond within 24 hours, another winner will be selected, if the winner is contacted at 12:22 pm on said Monday, then the winner has until 12:21 pm of next Tuesday to respond.

 

Prize: Each winner will receive $500 in cash, which must be collected in person at one of our locations in Orlando or Kissimmee, the exact location will be selected when the winner responds to the announcement. The winner must bring a valid License or ID and evidence of being the owner of an Instagram and/or FB account. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be allowed except at the discretion of Taco Maker USA.

Privacy: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to the use of their name, image, and participation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win. Participants can take a photo of a favorite Taco Maker dish at any Taco Maker location in Orlando or Kissimmee without making a purchase. When claiming the prize, participants may be asked to provide proof of their entry.

Disclosures and Advertising: The terms of the giveaway, including participation methods, eligibility requirements, restrictions, and an estimated retail value of the prizes, will be published in its advertisement. The name of the giveaway operator, start and end dates and exact times will also be disclosed. The official rules will be posted at participating restaurants, with a summarized version included in all promotions.

Fulfilling Promises: The host of the giveaway must honor the terms of the giveaway and deliver the promised prizes to the winners.

Instagram and Facebook: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

Changes and Modifications: Taco Maker USA reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the giveaway page.

Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Taco Maker USA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway.

Applicable Law: The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Participating Locations: The only participating locations are Orlando and Kissimmee.

Tax Implications: Winners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on the value of the prizes received. It is recommended to consult with a tax professional regarding specific tax situations.

A violation of Florida's giveaway laws can result in a civil penalty of up to thousands of dollars, and in some cases, penalties can be a criminal violation or constitute deceptive and unfair trade practices.
